Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Is there any particular topic you want to see a film on?

A. You can submit a film on any local or global social justice issue you want but keep in mind certain topics like teen pregnancy, gang violence, drugs etc have been done repeatedly so unless you have a fresh take, a super creative angle, or a very independent look at these issues we would encourage you to find a different focus (There are PLENTY of other issues, trust us!). What we want to see is what is going on in your community, what’s affecting YOU.

Q. When will we be notified if our film has been accepted?

A. All notification emails will be sent out between May 16th and June 1st 2014.
